How do you quickly and easily direct meeting delegates to the correct area of your complex for their meeting, exhibition or seminar and provide a first class level of customer service?

Many conference centers are now using digital signage to help direct delegates to their destination with the minimum of fuss. Signage digital solutions show where each room within your venue can be found in the form of a floor plan. This is displayed on a plasma or LCD screen. A logo of each meeting host is shown on the screen whilst at the same time the room in which they are hosting their meeting is highlighted on the floor plan. This lets delegates easily see where their meeting is being held without having to queue at reception to ask.
